Our Step-by-Step Design, Production and Installation Process
Order placement
Once you accept our quotation, we’ll ask for a deposit and the relevant drawing files so we can begin the design process. After you’ve submitted the order form, our sales representative will introduce you to your dedicated design contact.

Initial design drawings
We’ll prepare design drawings for your review and approval within the lead time specified in your quotation. In most cases, this takes around 10 working days from the time we receive both your deposit and drawing files. The accuracy of these drawings depends greatly on the quality of the information you provide, so the clearer the details, the better.

Drawing revisions
If you’d like any changes made, simply note them on the drawings and send them back to is. We’ll revise them promptly so they reflect exactly what you need.

Detailed site survey
Once the glazing openings are ready, just let us know and we’ll arrange the site survey.

Post survey drawings
After the survey, we’ll send you the finalised drawings for your approval. Once these are signed off and we’ve received the second stage payment, we’ll move into production and your lead times will begin.

Production
Production starts at this stage, following the timeline outlined in your quotation. Within 3–4 weeks of production commencing, we’ll confirm delivery and installation dates.

Pre-Installation Inspection & Installation
Before installation, we’ll carry out a pre-installation inspection to make sure everything is fully prepared. Once this is complete, we’ll proceed with installation as scheduled.
