We went with the hidden handles and the integrated glass balustrades and the windows create a real wow factor and the desired effect of bringing the outside into the house. The team were involved in designing the upstands and drainage, manufacturing the toughened glass and then fitting, which included winching over our house. The team have been a pleasure to deal with.

Fluid were brilliant from start to finish. They provided the detailed drawings our builder needed, visited the property twice to take measurements, and brought the installation date forward for us when they got a cancellation. They were happy to split the cost of an additional aluminium frame we needed and we are very happy with the result. We did experience some leakage from the glass roof initially, but Fluid sent someone round very quickly and fixed the problem. They continue to provide us with advice (e.g. re condensation) despite the completion of the project. I have no hesitation recommending Fluid's services.

I used Fluid Glass for my house side return project. I purchased glass roof and sliding door with minimalist design. From design to installation phase, Fluid Glass is very professional. They made very detailed design drawings, which can be a little complicated but I trust that it is required in order to have a perfect fitted window and door. Survey pre installation is very useful as it gives chances to make final adjustments. Installation was done seamlessly and I only needed to be there to sign sign offs. Communication with Fluid Glass was great! You receive response normally within a day or two max. Any matters, you call, they always pick up or get back to you in the coming day or two. If you have any questions / concerns, they take it seriously. My project was a little complicated as I wanted to split installation into two phase, Fluid Glass made it happen under a very reasonable extra cost. Overall, I felt that I was in good hands and the outcome was amazing: very stylish and good quality glass roof and door. It is simply stunning! Highly recommend Fluid Glass.

Their installers were great and super dedicated. What didn't make it a 5 star review: 1) some disconnects between office team and install team (seem to be using contractors?) 2) some disconnects between about three different survey people (again seem to be using contractors) 3) communications around lead times and integrated planning with prime contractor could have been a bit soother. Seems glazing is always an issue on all builds - so would have thought everyone would be used to it. However, all that said, super happy with the product and outcome and would use them again and recommend to friends.

Initially I planned to work with a different supplier however as the process unfolded I became increasingly impressed with Fluid – I had A LOT of questions – this is expensive glass and I couldn’t afford to make a mistake – no matter how many questions I asked, the fluid team (Stephen) replied quickly and with great clarity. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble and I felt like my business was important to Fluid. The glass I purchased had to be very high specification to meet SAP test requirements – and large glass installed In a very tight urban setting. We built a small but fairly complex garden dining room. The roof design is unusual and was challenging but Fluid Glass were thoughtful and patient as the design evolved and was built. I used Fluid Glass for my house side return project. I purchased glass roof and sliding door with minimalist design. From design to installation phase, Fluid Glass is very professional. They made very detailed design drawings, which can be a little complicated but I trust that it is required in order to have a perfect fitted window and door. Survey pre installation is very useful as it gives chances to make final adjustments. Installation was done seamlessly and I only needed to be there to sign sign offs. Communication with Fluid Glass was great! You receive response normally within a day or two max. Any matters, you call, they always pick up or get back to you in the coming day or two. If you have any questions / concerns, they take it seriously. My project was a little complicated as I wanted to split installation into two phase, Fluid Glass made it happen under a very reasonable extra cost. Overall, I felt that I was in good hands and the outcome was amazing: very stylish and good quality glass roof and door. It is simply stunning! Highly recommend Fluid Glass.

Good team and great product. Extremely happy with the outcome of about £25k of glass including structural glazing, side door, corner window and three pane sliding door. Their installers were great and super dedicated. What didn't make it a 5 star review: 1) some disconnects between office team and install team (seem to be using contractors?) 2) some disconnects between about three different survey people (again seem to be using contractors) 3) communications around lead times and integrated planning with prime contractor could have been a bit soother. Seems glazing is always an issue on all builds - so would have thought everyone would be used to it. However, all that said, super happy with the product and outcome and would use them again and recommend to friends.

Communication was always prompt, clear and professional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout. The designs we received were exceptionally detailed, giving us complete confidence in what the finished installation would look like. There were also several site visits to ensure that all measurements were accurate, with photographs taken along the way to make sure every detail had been considered. The installation itself was seamless and was completed over a couple of days. The fitters were extremely professional, taking great care to protect the surrounding areas while they worked. They were also meticulous in checking that all the openings, closings and mechanisms were operating smoothly before they left. Overall, we are incredibly satisfied with both the product and the service we received from Fluid Glass. The whole process was handled professionally from beginning to end, and the finished result is excellent. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fluid Glass to anyone considering their services.

My works included 5m x 2.5m casement / crittal style doors and a 5m x 1,5m skylight. I obtained 4 quotes, Fluid were competitive on price. Initially I planned to work with a different supplier however as the process unfolded I became increasingly impressed with Fluid – I had A LOT of questions – this is expensive glass and I couldn’t afford to make a mistake – no matter how many questions I asked, the fluid team (Stephen) replied quickly and with great clarity. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble and I felt like my business was important to Fluid. The glass I purchased had to be very high specification to meet SAP test requirements – and large glass installed In a very tight urban setting. The team attention to detail (3 surveys, multiple engagements to agree every single tiny detail) was impressive – Fluid clearly values their reputation and takes a pride in what they do.
