Stunning Victorian Renovation: Seamless Modern Design in Hampstead Heath
Seamless integration of form and function
At a semi-detached Victorian house in Hampstead Heath, we embarked on a project that perfectly embodies our dedication to seamless integration of form and function. This renovation was all about respecting the historical charm of the property while introducing modern elements that elevate its usability and aesthetic appeal.
Transformative design elements
— Minimal Folding Doors: Our installation of sleek folding doors bridges the gap between indoor and outdoor spaces, infusing the home with natural light and creating a harmonious flow that is both elegant and practical.
— Modern Aluminium Windows: We selected these windows for their refined design and robust performance, enhancing the property’s energy efficiency without compromising on style.
— Frameless Roof Lights and Floor Lights: These features illuminate the interiors with an abundance of natural light, transforming previously dim areas into inviting spaces that feel open and welcoming.
— Large Frameless Eaves Window: This dramatic addition offers breathtaking views and strengthens the visual connection between the home’s interior and the lush surroundings of Hampstead Heath.
Meticulous Planning and Execution
The project demanded meticulous planning, particularly when it came to logistical challenges such as coordinating crane operations for glass installation. This necessitated a temporary partial road closure, requiring us to engage closely with local authorities to ensure minimal disruption to the community.
